Back to square one

I was up to the wee small hours last night (okay, this morning) re-wiring the amp back to the stock DC30 setup that Ceriatone typically supplies its customers. I re-wired the speaker phase switch and half-power switch back to their stock locations and change the B+ wiring for the output stage back to where it can be switched between full and half power. I probably spent three or four hours re-wiring the amp which was frustrating because I could have saved the time if I had just ordered the amp with the stock configuration. What a pain. But people learn from their mistakes so I’m chalking this up to experience.

Hey there,
interested to hear your thoughts on the ceriatone dc-30 with westlabs trannies.
Built one myself but using ceriatone trannies - and have experimented with numerous mods to make it sound better.
