Ceriatone DC30 Head case, continued

Now that I’m satisfied that the Ceriatone DC30 is working—even if power scaling continues to be a thorn in my side—I jumped into working on a nicer head case for the amp.  Remember the old pile of junk wood?  After breaking the large panels into the individual pieces, I stated to reassemble them in a way that was closer to what I need.

After gluing the slats together it started looking more like, well, a board.  But nothing special.

Ah… but sand it down a bit, and wipe it with a bit of thinner to bring out the grain, and you can start to imagine what it will look like as a case for the DC30.  Pretty nice.

Of course, it helps to have great help!
