PRS Custom 24: Gone, but not forgotten

With mixed emotions, I packed my PRS Custom 24 up today and sent it off to its new home in Ohio.  I’ve owned this guitar for 18 years—longer than I’ve been married—but it was time for a new home.  For whatever reason, I didn’t get along with the neck well enough to play the guitar on a regular basis.  Rather than see it languish, unplayed, in a case, I thought it would be better off in someone else’s hands.  The buyer is a PRS collector who’s has looked for a good ‘89 quilt top CU24 for some time.

On the up side, I now have a balance in my PayPal account that will let me talk to Rick at Guitar Hangar about custom ordering a McNaught Vintage Single Cut so don’t feel too bad for me!
