The PRS Custom 22 Soapbar that got away

A Birds and Moons member posted for-sale ad for this PRS Custom 22 Soapbar last weekend.  It looked great—nicely flamed purple 10 top, dark rosewood fretbord, birds.. the works.  Great.  I was surprised that it wasn’t snatched up within a few hours, but it wasn’t, so I contacted the seller.  We emailed back and forth at the beginning of the week trying to find a time I could come down and look at the guitar to buy it and left it that I would drive down today.  When I emailed to confirm, I didn’t hear anything back.  Not a good sign.  I emailed again to find out what was going on and he sold the guitar.  Damn it.  Damn it. Damn it.  Now I’m hunting for another Custom 22 Soapbar.  Wish me luck…
